So excited to be finding eggs all over grandpa's back yard!
"Hmm, where could another one be!" (I just loved watching his facial expressions as he looked for the eggs!)
"Look mom, I found another one!!"
"That was FUN!!"
Spencer was not as sure about the whole egg thing, until he realized there was snacks inside!

Last Saturday while at my parents house, we had a little Easter egg hunt for the kids. It wasn't as sunny and warm as I anticipated, but the kids had a great time! My childhood friends Megan and Lauren were in town visiting their parents in Salado, so we invited them over to watch the kids hunt for eggs. I really miss them, so whenever we get an opportunity to see each other, we jump all over it! Plus, they are so sweet and actually enjoy doing kids stuff with my boys! Thanks girls (and Jon) for stopping by and hanging out with the Fam, (it was like old times again!) My parents really enjoyed visiting with you too! Can't wait for you to come to Dallas!!

It was great seeing Megan and Lauren and catching up on their news. They would both make great mommies and/or aunts. Sure good with your boys. Got Spencer to take a few more steps yet?

The girls and Jon came in laughing and telling us all about how much fun they had at the Easter Egg Hunt! They love those boys so much. Too bad they live in Houston!
You all need to be closer. I was disappointed I could not come too.
