On Saturday, we were invited over to Kat's parents house to have an "after wedding" party celebration! My parents were in town watching the boys, so they joined us too. I feel bad because we didn't really "celebrate" or talk with anyone because of our WILD boys. Let me just start off by saying that my boys have NO apprehensions to the water, which is good and bad. They are such water babies and think they can "swim" all by themselves. I knew Logan was this way, but didn't realize how much Spencer loved the water like his brother, until Saturday. They both were peeling/pushing their bodies away from us, to do it themselves. At one point I was getting Spencer in a baby tube and Stephen screams to me that Logan was under the water. I had literally put him on the step and told him to stay and not seconds later he jumped in by himself. It is really scary how fast a child can actually drown, if you aren't watching them closely! I asked him what he was thinking and he said, "I was getting my toy and swimming to my daddy." This is the moment I knew that the money I had spent for summer swim lessons, would be well worth it!! I love that he likes the water and is not scared, but it makes it scarier on us. We really have to watch both of them like a hawk, because of how fearless they are. I can just picture them now as teenagers jumping off the roof of the house into the pool like their daddy did and just want to cringe!! Oh, I think I am going to have my hands full!! I guess it is the JOYS of raising boys!! :)

Had a great weekend - and I did pretty good job with that camera of yours! Boys look cute in their matching suits - and do I ever remember jumping in for Megan with my nightgown on!! What fun we had.
