The fun and frivolous reception! Let's just say there was a lot of drinking and dancing!! Oh, and the food was TO. DIE. FOR!!!

I had to get a picture of me and the groom! I have known Brad as long as I have known Stephen, which is a LONG time! My kids even call him Uncle Brad! :)

We were honored to be able to be apart of our best friends wedding this past weekend. Stephen is Brad's (the groom) very best friend and was the best man in his wedding. I didn't know Kathryn until she met Brad, but we became instant friends from the start. I felt very special that she included me in her wedding day! All the festivities started Thursday afternoon at 4:00, with the rehearsal at the Arboretum and dinner at a fabulous steakhouse in Rockwall, (I forgot the name, but it looked out over the lake.) Then Friday, I worked half day and met all the girls around 2:00 to get my hair done. I have to say this was one of my favorite "updo's" I have ever had as a bride or bridesmaid! Usually my hair is plastered back in weddings and I am hating it the whole time! So, thank you Kat for finding such an awesome hairdresser to do our hair!! :) Then we headed to the wedding to get ready. It was a BEAUTIFUL outside wedding in the middle of a garden at the Arboretum and the reception was in a banquet hall there. Everything about the wedding was GORGEOUS and PERFECT!! I wish I would have taken more pictures, but I was a little busy to be carrying my big camera around. Plus, I don't think the photographers were excited that I kept getting in their way!! :) I will send a link later, if you want to view some more pictures from this wonderful wedding!! Thank you Kat and Brad for including us in your incredible day!! You know we love you guys so much and look forward to making many more memories with ya'll!! Congratulations again!!
