Spencer's First Valentines!! (I know, I know, I really need to decorate that pitiful white helmet!)
I die cut hearts at school and "heart attacked" our living room! The boys LOVED it and were very surprised!!
I had to pick them up after awhile because I caught Spencer with paper hearts all in his mouth!!!
Logan LOVED his Valentine's balloon and Spencer LOVED his singing tiger!! (BTW: My son is obsessed with wearing his Fireman jacket ALL the time!!)
Here's some pictures from Valentines morning. It didn't quite go as planned, since Logan woke up with a stomach bug at 5 a.m. that morning, but we still had fun! I love Valentine's day and I love surprising them with goodies. The night before I "heart attacked" the living room with die cut hearts. Then I put their goodies in the middle of the room, so when they woke up they would see what Cupid brought them. I got both the boys singing animals, books and balloons for their special day. Then for breakfast we had chocolate chip heart shaped pancakes, bacon and "pink" strawberry milk. Of course Logan wasn't feeling well and wouldn't eat anything, but Spencer loved every bite (besides the bacon!) Later that day, Stephen's mom, uncle, brother and sister-in-law came up to visit and we had a nice lunch at On the Border. I wish I would have gotten some pictures with them, but I didn't. I will try and do better next time!! Hope everyone had a very Happy Valentine's Day!!

What a precious idea. don't know where you come up with this stuff because creativity was not my strong point! I know they'll remember the time and effort you put into "special days."

that is sooooo cute what you did with the harts all over the floor when the babys woke up!!! i also loved the heart pancakes, i wish i was there 2 eat them!!!!! but im sorry that logan was sick and i feel bad 4 him!!

You ARE a very creative mommy! You do so many fun things with your boys! They will always remember what special things their mommy did for them when they were little!
