Yesterday was Logan's Open House at his preschool. Logan has been going to Flower Mound Montessori since November and has really enjoyed it. He has learned a lot and has become more independent since starting the school. He loves his teachers Mrs. Kelleher and Mrs. Dean and all of his friends. It was neat to see him in action last night as he showed us around his room. It was also fun to see him interact with his friends that were there. Stephen usually drops/picks him up from school, so I don't get to meet a lot of the kids in his class. He talks about some of them, so last night I was able to put some faces with some of the names. Also, Mrs. Kelleher set up work stations around the room for the kids to show their parents. Logan spent most of the night at the frog science station and loved teaching us some cool facts about a frog. The kids also had personalized posters on the wall of work that they have done at school over the year. Logan has been such a sponge lately and amazes me with all the new things he is learning. It was definitely an exciting night and I was certainly a very proud mama!!

What a cute classroom and cute display of his work and drawings. It is hard to realize he is old enough to do these things already. This is the best learning time of his life. I am so glad things worked out at his new school. Mr. D said hello -- today is his birthday - he turned 6-0!! Can you believe that??? Happy Birthday next week to you too --humm 3-0??

He seems real proud of his work and I know he loves showing off what he's done. Remember that stuff about the frogs - grandpa is gonna want to hear all about them.
