Seven Month Sweetie!

Sweet Spencer,

I can't believe you are seven months today! You are such a wonderful baby boy and we love you so much!! Our family truly wasn't complete without you. Your brother is your biggest fan and will remind us all the time that you are "HIS Spencer!" He loves cuddling and wrestling with you on the floor. Mommy thinks he can be a little rough with you at times, but you don't mind at all. You usually belly laugh anytime he is around. I am so glad you guys love each other so much! This month you have developed such a little personality. You babble constantly and have started saying "bababababa," all the time now. I am of course waiting for you to start saying "mamama!" :) Since, you have become such a mama's boy lately! You have started noticing when I walk out of the room and when someone else is holding you. If I catch your eye, you start whimpering for me. Of course mommy can't handle it and grab you up as fast as I can! :) Mommy loves spoiling you!!!

You have also mastered the skill of sitting up this month. You can sit up now for a long period of time and play with your toys. You grab for EVERYTHING and your favorite is the remote, telephone and people's hair! :) You even screech at mommy when I take these things away from you! Also, you have gotten your second bottom tooth in. The pain doesn't seem to bother you, except for at night. (Thank goodness for Tylenol and Teething Tablets!) Your bedtime is around 7:30 and you usually wake for a bottle at around 5:30. Mommy puts you right back to bed, but you don't always go back to sleep. Your naps aren't the greatest, but it doesn't change your mood that much. You are a pretty laid back and happy little guy! You LOVE to eat and notice when people are eating without you now. If we don't get food to you fast enough, your little legs start kicking and you begin to squeal. You seem quite passionate when it comes to food, which is a lot like mommy! :) I can't really say what foods are your favorite, because you will eat pretty much anything we give you. You make dinner time so much more fun than your brother ever did! :) (Logan only ate three types of baby food and is still quite picky when it comes to food.)

You have experienced some fun first this month that included: visiting a pumpkin patch 3 times and trick or treating with you brother 2 times. Your brother was a fireman and you were his little Dalmatian puppy! You guys were adorable and you were in the greatest mood the entire time! We can drag you anywhere and you just go with the flow. You truly have added such joy and love to our family the last 7 months! I can't wait to see what the next month has in store for you! (maybe crawling?!)

Anyway, daddy and I are so blessed to be parents to such AWESOME little boys and thank Jesus everyday for the two of you! We love you with all of our heart!! Happy 7 months little angel!
