We have been working on teaching Logan his shapes, numbers and letters lately. He is really interested in learning and Logan's daddy always finds fun ways to teach him. I know I am the Kindergarten teacher, but Stephen is just good at explaining things to Logan. He can recognize some letters, especially the ones in his name. I guess having a huge LOGAN sign over his bed, has helped a lot. :) He can count to 20 and knows all of his shapes. Well, yesterday Stephen was drawing shapes on the Magna Doodle and Logan would shout the shape names out. He was so impressed that his daddy was able to draw so well. ;) After daddy finished drawing, Logan decided he was going to try to make shapes too! I walked out of the room and when I returned I found Logan drawing circles all by himself. It was so cute because I could see such concentration on his face as he was making the circle. And, Logan is my little perfectionist and has to have things just right. At one point, he was having trouble and made something that looked like the letter "G." You can see in the picture that he is saying no, that's a "G" and was trying to erase it. But, when he finally completed the task he was so proud!! He was grinning from ear to ear and shouting "I did it!" I just love watching him learn new things! :)
