Four Month Feeding

Sweet Baby! "Not so sure about this mom!"
"What is THIS?!"

Logan wanted to help mama feed Spencer!
"Yucky!"
"ENOUGH MOM!!!"
"I guess I could get used to this!"

Spencer was 4 months old yesterday and had his first experience with solid foods. He wasn't as eager about the cereal as I thought he would be, but he did alright. I think the whole spoon thing gagged him and he couldn't get past that. I know the more we practice, the better he will like it. I just hope Spencer isn't picky when we start baby food. It was very hard for me to get Logan to eat anything except for sweet potatoes, apple sauce and bananas. This afternoon we are going for his 4 month appointment. I will post his weight and height when we get back. I am dying to know what percentile he is in!! Anyway, I still can't believe my baby is 4 months today! Although, I am excited he is out of the infant stage. I just love the baby stage when they are more aware and can interact with you. I have brought the baby toys out and have started playing more with him. He likes to grab onto toys and put them in his mouth. And, he loves being in his brother's toy room and watching him play. I always wonder what he is thinking as he stares at Logan. I think he just wishes he could get down and play too. I know Logan is ready for him to play with him! It is so sweet how good Logan is with Spencer and how much he pays attention to him. And, Spencer just smiles so big when Logan hugs or kisses him. It is exciting for me as their mama to watch this relationship start to develop. :) I just love my two little boys so much and thank God for them everyday!!
