3 Month Coos!

Today my little baby boy is 3 months old! His little personality is really starting to come out and he has started "talking" a ton this month. He coos and babbles all day long!! He wakes up in the morning in such a great mood and talks in his bed until I come and get him. He stayed at my Aunt and Uncles house last week while we were on vacation and they said they have never seen such a talkative little baby. I don't remember Logan this vocal when he was Spencer's age. His favorite little word to say is "Ah-goo." My 10 year old niece says that she thinks it means "I love you." :) I guess it must because every time he says it my heart melts! :) He also loves to smile and squeal when he is in a good mood. His best times are right after he gets up and has his bottle. Our favorite one on one moments lately have been when his brother is napping in the afternoon and it is just the two of us. I like to give them both quality time where I am able to just focus on them. Logan and my special time is usually in the early mornings before Spencer is up and in the evenings when I am putting him to bed.
Spencer is still drinking a ton of formula and sleeps really well at night. We don't take him for another doctors appointment until he is 4 months, so we don't know exactly how much he weighs. Stephen and I estimate around 16-17 lbs! Yes, he is a big baby, but maybe it will all even out when he starts moving a little more. :) He is also very long, so I think he might be on the tall side like his brother. Again, he is such a sweet and happy baby and has brought so much joy to our lives. I call him "angel boy" as one of his nicknames and I guess Logan has picked up on it too. This afternoon I heard him say "hi angel boy," as he kissed his forehead. It was a very precious moment for a mama to see. I hope as the months and years go on, they will continue to be just as sweet and close with one another.
