Logan, Spencer & the Ladies!

(Please forgive the pictures of Logan in just his swim diaper. Mommy forgot his swimsuit on the way out! :) It is funny because Logan looks like he is wearing a little Speedo!)

Every Thursday some teachers from my school get together with our kids and have a play date. Last week was the first one and we went to North Lakes park, which was a little hot but fun. So, this week we decided to meet at Shelli's house and then go to her neighborhood pool. As you can see from the pictures above Logan, Spencer and another little guy are the only boys in the whole play group. When I was pregnant with Logan and Spencer, everyone else at my school was having baby girls. But, as you can see Logan didn't mind a bit and enjoyed splashing and playing with his little girlfriends. It is so funny watching little girls and little boys play, since they are definitely way different. Logan was all rough and fearless jumping in and out of the pool the whole time, while the girls were a bit more tame and gentle. He was playing "Ring Around the Rosy" with Autumn and every time it was time to fall down he would dunk his head under the water. Autumn would just stand there looking at Logan like he was crazy!! :) I am really enjoying these weekly play dates, because it gets me out of the house and around other adults!!
(P.S. Cara we missed you and everyone asked about you!! I will email you the next few dates and you can decide what you want to come to. We need you to bring LJ to add some little boys to the mix!)

Jodi I love the pic of Logan with his water wings jumping in the air and I am sure falling into the water afterwards. Talk about a pic saying a 1000 words.

Have a surprise for Logan on Friday at Bob's will talk to you more when I see you on Tues. Love you, Barbara

They are adorable!!! Logan is so brave. You are right, boys are different. There is no way Emory would dunk her head underwater. It takes her 5 minutes of watching before I can even get her in the water!!! He is such a precious little man!! -MB
