Thank You

This past week we have had some adjusting to do since Spencer's arrival, but it has been totally worth it. I think Logan is still trying to get used to the fact that he doesn't have mommy and daddy's attention 24/7, but he doing much better. Spencer is such a good baby and doesn't fuss unless he is hungry or I am undressing him. He seems very laid back and even tempered at this point, which has been a blessing. I have experienced many types of emotions this past week from pure joy to total exhaustion. Lack of sleep really takes a toll on me at times, but having Stephen and my mom helping me has been so nice. Stephen amazes me on how good of a daddy and husband he is. I would like to thank him for all he has done for us and making this time easier for me. He has been putting Logan to sleep, taking him to church, feeding and playing with him while I am resting or taking care of Spencer. He also has helped a lot around the house too. Thank you Love, I appreciate you so much!!
This week I am pretty much on my own and Logan is back at daycare. It has been nice getting into a routine with Spencer and taking it easy. I love getting to know him and spending this precious time together. I just love my little family and I thank God everyday for them. Also, I thank God for such wonderful friends who have blessed us with dinners and help. I truly am grateful!!

Jodi, your guys look so happy!!! I know you are tired but that is just a part that you will forget when you get a sweet kiss or hug. I will be up to see you Thurs. before Mother's Day if that is good for you and Tish. Time is going so fast now but I can't leave without a hug from Spencer and Logan. Lots of love, Barbara
