Friends, Food and Fun!

On Friday Logan and I were able to meet one of my good friends Delaina and her son at Mc Donald's in Rockwall. Delaina used to teach with me a few years ago before she and her family moved away. We live about 2 hours away from each other, but we still try to meet halfway on our breaks from school. This time our boys were able to meet each other for the first time and that was fun. They are about 6 months apart, but they enjoyed each other anyway. I think it will be even more fun when they both get a little older. We both laughed at how we would drive an hour to eat fast food! :) But, we knew it would be a much better visit if the boys had somewhere to play afterward.
Thanks Delaina for such a great lunch and I can't wait to do it again soon! Also, thank you for the wonderful basket full of goodies for Spencer and the Elmo book for Logan. You are so thoughtful to think of us! Love ya!
