Logan had a mini egg hunt and party at his school today. Mary Beth held it at 4:00, so all the parents could come and watch. It is so cute to see him with his little friends and how they all interact with each other. We all brought baskets for them to hunt with, but Mary Beth had the brilliant idea to have the kids gather up all the eggs into one basket and then have the parents divide them up once we got inside. That way they could all work together to get the eggs and nobody got left out. They were so excited to see what was in there little eggs when they got inside. Since they are only two the parents filled the eggs with marshmellows, mini Oreos, vanilla wafers and fruit chews. YUM!! Logan even got his very own non spill bubble blower! :) It was very sweet and fun, but I am exhausted after a long day with the Kinder kiddos and being 36 weeks pregnant. Hopefully I can hold out until after Spring Break and Easter, so I can get some rest!

Logan, "Where are you LOgan"
Lauaren is loving these pictures -
Raia and me too. Wish you were here with us. Love you. Grandma
Love your Easter shorts - you did a good job with that egg hunt. Have a fun Spring Break with mommy and make sure you let her rest.
See you real soon. Love, Grandma
What a difference a year makes! Last year we put him in the yard, put a basket over his arm, put eggs on the ground and told him to pick them up. I could only imagine what was going through his mind -"they seem to want me to pick up these colorful plastic things and put them in this thing hanging on my arm. I don't really understand, but it seems to make them all happy, so I guess I'll do it." Now, the mature two year old knows exactly what is going on and that there are goodies to be had at the end of this process! He's such a big boy.
Love, Nana
