Jeremy Camp Concert


The last few weekends have been filled with friends and fun. Last weekend Christi and I were able to attend the most amazing Christian concert. We went and saw Jeremy Camp and he was awesome!! Anybody who listens to Christian radio would be familiar with his songs. Walk by Faith, Beautiful One, Give Me Jesus are just a few of his inspirational songs. He was very uplifting to listen to when he shared his life story and music with us. You could just feel the Spirit of the Lord in the place that night. We were so encouraged when we left and every morning I have been listening to his song "Beyond Measure." It is just a reminder of how truly blessed we are, even beyond any earthly treasure. I just love Christian concerts because you are not going just to see the entertainer, you are going to praise the Lord and share that experience with other believers. I can't wait to go to another concert, so let me know if anybody hears of one!

Also, speaking of good times, my childhood friends Megan and Lauren came to stay with us this weekend. They were so sweet to do whatever we had planned for them. I had a training all day Saturday, so my wonderful husband entertained them all day and then we got to have some fun that night together. We had a great dinner at a Hibachi/Sushi restaurant and then headed to play pool with Stephen and his friends. It was just a nice weekend of reminiscing and catching up with each other. I just love those girls because we haven't seen each other in so long, but it was like no time had passed when we got together again. I feel very blessed because I have a few friends like that in my life and I cherish every one of them even when we don't get to see each often. I love you girlfriends!!
