Here is where I will be spending most of my days! Tonight was Meet the Teacher Night and I got to meet all of my kiddos. I seem to have a great class with some supportive parents. We will see if that is actually the case once school starts, but I hope so! :) I will take pictures of Logan at his in-home daycare sometime this week and post where he will be staying while I am teaching. He is having a better week this week and didn't even cry when I dropped him off this morning. I still get sad every time I let him go, but I know that he is learning a lot and being taken care of so well. And, I get to look forward to the end of the day when I get to see his big bright smile and hear the wonderful words "ma ma," as I pick him up! That is always such a nice feeling!!I want to wish all my friends that teach a happy first week of school! You girls are amazing at what you do and continue to inspire me to be a better teacher! I truly know so many awesome teachers that are great at what they do!! I also want to wish my nieces and cousins a awesome year! Hope you learn a lot and build wonderful friendships! Be nice to your teachers!! Love you all so much!! :)

I am so proud of all my teachers. I think it takes a special person to be a teacher and I'm grateful for the hearts of those in my family who lead them to spend hours in their rooms before school starts getting ready for the young ones and for all the time they devote to those children during the school year. Teachers are in a unique position to really influence young lives. May God bless all of you and your kids this year.

I am so proud of the teacher you have become. This did not surprise me as this has been your destiny since you were a little girl playing school with Megan and Lauren. Your room looks awesome and I understand the hours you and Lauren spent getting ready for the first day!! Lauren is working long hours at school also and I know both of you and your students will enjoy the coming year. Kiss that beautiful baby Logan for me. I really enjoy this site.
